Email alerts
Receive monitor alerts at the email address on your account.
Enable email
- Open Integration & API → Notifications.
- Enable Email for your account.
- Edit the monitor and select email under Send alerts to.
Email availability depends on the instance configuration. Check the recipient address and spam folder if a message is missing.
Assign it to a monitor
Edit the monitor, open Alerts, and select the destination under Send alerts to. Save the monitor. Check the destination is enabled and review the monitor's alert threshold, quiet hours, and maintenance schedule if notifications do not arrive.
