Slack alerts
Send notifications to a Slack channel using an incoming webhook.
Add the channel
- Open Integration & API in your Upty workspace and find Alert channels.
- Select Add channel, choose the type, and enter a name and the required fields below.
- Save the channel, then use Test to check the result and confirm it arrives at the destination.
Credentials are stored encrypted and are not shown again. A preview result means delivery is simulated; it does not prove that the destination received a message.
Required field
- Incoming webhook URL: the Slack incoming webhook for the destination channel. Upty accepts Slack webhook hosts.
Keep this URL private; anyone who has it may be able to post to the channel.
